Posterini services are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Please refer to this site for any changes. By continuing to use the Service after Posterini makes any changes, you agree to be bound by any such revised Terms. By accessing and using the Posterini services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

SUMMARY
-You grant Posterini non-exclusive rights to display the posters you create through Posterini in our platform and to allow other posterini users to share them and view them.
- Upload only photos whose rights you own. If we detect any photo whose rights have been breached we will delete it immediately
- You cannot upload any photo that contains violent, illegal, pornographic, racist or similarly unlawful content. If anybody reports to us such content or we detect it, we will proceed to delete it immediately as soon as we receive the notice.
- Be creative and enjoy Posterini, this is a platform to promote creativity by combining the magic of images and words together.

POSTERINI WALL
Posterini editors select the most creative and original posters created in Posterini for the posterini wall where they can benefit from reaching a wide audience around the world. Only posters that are within the terms and conditions of Posterini will be considered. To appear in the wall your poster
* Cannot contain kids or children in it
* Cannot show, display or promote any kind of violence or sexual related theme
* Cannot show or promote any illegal or dangerous activity or topic
Only posters that fulfill the previous statements will be considered for the Posterini Wall.

If you only generate the basic free Posterini, your Poster will be considered for the wall only if it is really original and creative and fulfills the terms previously described.

If you generate the very large version of your Poster with the premium service, your poster will be accepted in the wall as long as it fulfills the tems previously described, even if it's not original and creative.

PHOTO SUBMISSION
Your images are temporarily stored in our servers as part of your use of the Services provided by Posterini.
Posterini reserves the right in its discretion to deny service to any material we detect or is reported to us that contains threatening, defamatory, abusive, obscene, pornographic, inappropriate or profane material or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
You understand and agree that Posterini will delete images from our servers a number of days after the requested service has been provided. You understand and agree that Posterini assumes no responsibility for the deletion or failure to store any photographic images or personal settings.

COPYRIGHT
Posterini is committed to protecting photographers' copyrights and expects users of the Service to do the same. Each image submitter is required by US law to own the right to, or to obtain permission to use any image before the image is uploaded at Posterini. At Posterini's discretion and in appropriate circumstances, Posterini may prevent access to the Service to users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that infringes your copyrights, please contact us at info@posterini.com

AGE REQUIREMENTS
You must be at least 15 years of age to use our Service. If you, your parent or guardian, have any concerns please feel free to contact us.

TITLES OF COVERS/POSTERS
Using titles of well known magazines is not allowed. Posterini has an automatic detection process which however cannot detect all possible cases. Posterini only provides a tool for people to create posters and covers. If any user creates a poster/cover whose title goes against the copyright of any magazine or organization and this is brought to our attention, we will eliminate that poster/cover from our servers and websites inmediately.

PRIVACY POLICY
Any information you enter into Posterini will not be shared with any third party provider. You understand that the data may be stored at a third party site in another country or location.
Posterini may use the email addresses of the users to email them regarding information about Posterini and other creative news of the Posterini Team. Under no circumnstances will those email addresses be shared with any third party.

COPYRIGHT
All of content and services offered at Posterini are protected by copyright and other applicable laws of both the United States and foreign countries. As such, any unauthorized use, duplication or distribution of such material without copyright owner's prior written consent will be subject to prosecution under the applicable laws of both the United States and foreign countries. You may use these materials for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the restrictions set forth in these Terms, so long as you do not modify the materials or remove any copyright or other proprietary rights notices contained in the materials. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of this Site. Except as expressly authorized by Posterini, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the content contained on or in this Site, in whole or in part. By accessing the Site, you agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy the Site web pages or the content contained herein without our prior written consent. You further agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site.

SERVICE
The service available through Posterini's site are provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis and without warranties of any kind either explicit and implied.
Posterini and its employees, members, partners and affiliates make no warranty that Posterini's service will meet your requirements or that the retouched photographs will meet your expectations. Unless otherwise specified herein, these Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Posterini and its affiliates with respect to this Site and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and Posterini with respect to this Site.
